The house is available 365 days a year on a first come first served basis.

We have a three day minimum charge.

A deposit of £500.00 will secure the booking. Reservations cannot be confirmed until the deposit is received.

The balance is due 4 weeks before your stay.

We reserve the right to increase prices. However the price agreed on payment of the deposit will be the final price to be paid.

Normal capacity of the house is 30. We charge £20.00 per head per night for parties larger than this. Infants under 2 are free. Reductions for numbers less than thirty persons are at the owners discretion.

Pricing is fixed by an independent pricing module. As a result prices quoted may be more or less for the same dates, depending on lead time, seasonality etc. Prices quoted at the time of booking will apply.

The house is advertised on a number of websites and although we attempt to keep the calendar up to date, we cannot guarantee that dates shown to be available are necessarily so. We use Supercontrol to manage our bookings.

We charge an additional £250.00 refundable security deposit. Deposits are refunded as soon as possible after the inventory is completed, minus any deductions we deem necessary. Occasional breakages of glasses and crockery will not be charged.

For security reasons CCTV is installed to cover external areas, including the swimming pool. This is to ensure that the pool is operated safely and cover illegal access to the house and electric car charging.

We prefer payment to be made by bank transfer to The Glinger Sort Code 201847, Account number 00411604.

Payment by credit card can be made through this website. We use HolidayRentPayment which is a branch of VRBO. Alternatively we can send a QR code which allows you to pay through Sumup

The rent for the house includes all services: heating, electricity and wi-fi access.

Extra charges will be made for charging electric cars

All rooms will be made up prior to arrival and towels are provided.

A supply of firewood is provided.

Check-in time is not before 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and checkout is no later than 10.00am on the day of departure. Early arrival and late departure can only happen with the owner’s consent.

Change over days are flexible but a Friday arrival/departure is preferred for weekly stays.
